Our Professional Services
Building Safety Associates combines the expertise and professionalism of the members who, together, have more than 150 years in the design, review, specification, inspection, and testing of building safety systems. The elements of this experience include Owner's Performance Requirements, construction designs for code compliance, construction inspections, systems Acceptance Testing, gaining a Certificate of Occupancy, Annual Fire Door Inspections in accordance with NFPA 80 and 105, and Periodic Life Safety Systems Verification and Testing. Our staff "wrote the book" on Integrated Life Safety Systems Testing for Clark County, Nevada and participated in the development of NFPA 3 and NFPA 4.
